Shaun Michaels,
Production Director

I grew up in Central Kansas developing my passion for radio by listening to it every spare minute of the day.   This led to my first job at the local Christian radio station during my senior year of high school.   After graduation I moved to Nashville, Tennessee and attended Trevecca Nazarene University receiving a degree in Mass Communications.   As much as I loved the Nashville scene, God's plan for me was to move back closer to home.   After working in the Kansas City area for a few years, my next move was Ponca City, Oklahoma.   In addition to working at the House and My Praise FM since 2003, I have also developed a national radio show specializing in classic Christian music called, "Christian Music Rewind".   God has also blessed me with a wonderful wife.  Deanna and I were married August 5th, 2006.

Ryan Van Fleet,
Station Manager

Hi, I'm Ryan. I grew up in Winfield, KS, and received my Bachelor's in Business Administration from Kansas State University. I've been married to my love, Missy, for 12 years. We have two wild and crazy boys. Jacob is 7 and Josiah is 5. I am blessed to be working for an organization where I am not only free, but encouraged to express my love for Jesus Christ. One of my favorite passages in the Bible is Colossians 3:23-24. It says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." It is such a blessing to know that we are serving the Lord Jesus Christ through this ministry. I pray that this ministry is a blessing to you as well.

Donna Hollifield,
Office Manager

It's been my pleasure to serve the ministry of The House FM / My Praise FM since 1999. When I'm not busy crunching numbers and helping our staff, I enjoy working in our local church (my husband is the senior pastor), singing in the choir, and doing all kinds of crafts, especially jewelry making.

David Land,
Chief Engineer

David Land grew up in McAlester, OK. David graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University then went on to the University of Arkansas where he received a Masters in Instrumentation. David spent 25 years as the Ponca City Refinery Instrument Engineer. During that time he met Doyle Brewer at church and helped him install his first translator at Doyle's home. Later, in 1992 he helped install the original KLVV 88.7 radio station with help from a couple of other engineer friends. He was the main Radio Engineer for the station from that time until 2004 on an un-paid volunteer basis while working for Conoco.

David

In 2004 Doyle hired a full-time Chief Engineer for the station to begin the expansion which now includes 7 Full Power stations and 10 more low power translators around Oklahoma and Kansas. In 2009 ConocoPhillips transferred David's group to their Houston offices. David worked there until 2012 when the companies split into ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66. After 1 year of working for Phillips 66 in Houston he decided to retire and move back "home" to Ponca City, the Big City life of Houston was not for him! He spent a total of 34 ½ years working for Conoco, ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66.

After retiring in 2013 and moving back to Ponca City he went back to work part time for the Love Station in June. He also teaches an Instrumentation Course at nearby Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa. David enjoys working on computers, Ham Radio, and various shooting sports. He is a Deacon at First Baptist Church, Ponca City where he also works on the sound/video/media team. David was married to Sherre in 1976 and they have two grown daughters, Andrea and Erin and three grandchildren.

Jamie Olivas,
Graphics Coordinator/Assistant Promotions Director

Hey! I’m Jamie. I started working at The House FM & My Praise FM in January of 2015. I’ve spent different chapters of my life in different lines of work and it helps me daily with working at the station. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to combine my love with marketing, graphic design, and my faith to serve at the station! I am so thankful to be part of the team at the station- it is truly a blessing to be here.

On a personal note- I am abundantly blessed with my sweet husband. We have three children- Izaiah, Isabella, and Esmerelda . They never fail to bring joy to our lives. I’m a total home-body; there are very few places I’d rather be than at home with my family. When I’m not working, I’m likely running kids around, spending time with my family, or on Pinterest.

Hey kids. I assume you're on my bio because you're doing a report or something, so here's some things you should know about me. I grew up in Blackwell, OK (still live there today). Married to Tina (wonderful wife) and we have 4 awesome kids together. I have the best job in the world, serving God and being a part of this radio ministry. I have two Chihuahuas and I love my iPhone. I've never watched Duck Dynasty and I also sometimes eat nachos with a fork. That about covers it. If you think of another question to ask, you can email me at darren@thehousefm.com. Thanks, and good luck on your report.

Shelby St. James,
Announcer

Hey! I'm Shelby. After listening to the station for years, my mother and I decided to volunteer at Kid DJ day, where my life forever changed. Doyle Brewer talked to me about applying for the intern job and one thing led to another and now I'm getting the privilege of talking to you lovely people through the radio!

That's one huge lesson I've learned in my faith is that if you are passionate about following God's will, He'll open doors and windows of opportunity no man can shut. …You just have to trust and be willing to walk through them.

Shelby

I study at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa. I attend and serve at LifeChurch.tv in Stillwater.

I'm currently into the television series ‘Once Upon A Time'. Disney movies are my favorite. I paint my nails when I need a relaxing activity. I enjoy watching/participating in musicals and plays. I enjoy reading, although I'm terrible at picking out good books. That being said if you want to recommend a book or just want to connect with me, follow me on Instagram or Twitter @ShelbyLove95.

Other random facts: My middle name is Love (yes, really).I'm an only child. I love anything that contains peanut butter and chocolate.

Adam Rozanas,
Assistant Production Director

Originally from Illinois, it’s become harder over the years for Adam to claim any place as home. After high school, he attended the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN where he got his degree in Broadcasting and Electronic (that’s the long way of saying radio!). After graduating in 2011, he joined TWR – formerly Trans World Radio – as a “media missionary,” serving for three years at a radio station in Johannesburg, South Africa. Most recently, he moved down to Oklahoma after joining The House FM/My Praise FM. Adam’s a firm believer in God the Great Author and trusts that God is writing a better story than he ever could.

Adam

Adam is a DJ on The House FM and My Praise FM. He’s also responsible for audio and video production, and you might just see him representing the station at public community events. If you do, be sure to introduce yourself!

In his spare time, Adam enjoys photography, having developed a talent and appreciation for it while in South Africa. Over the past few years, he’s had the opportunity to shoot bands including Jesus Culture, Hillsong Live, Kari Jobe, Worship Central, Switchfoot, The Fray, Bastille, The Lumineers, John Newman, Bombay Bicycle Club and more. His work has been featured on various music websites and even a Max Plancke Institute of Science Research Report! Adam also enjoys being active, whether exercising at the gym or playing pick-up sports like soccer, basketball and volleyball. A fan of flannel, increasingly skinnier jeans and gourmet coffee, Adam has falsely been accused of being a “hipster.” It’s (mostly) untrue. A social media enthusiast, Adam would love to interact with you on Twitter and Instagram as well:

Tom Scott,
The House FM Morning Show Host

Southern California native who’s thrilled to be here at The HouseFM doing what he LOVES…playing the Best in Christian Hit Music! Seriously though, I was doing radio shows in my bedroom when I was a little guy. Once I realized I could actually make a career out of “story telling” and playing music, I was hooked!

I’ve had the privilege of encouraging listeners in several formats with stops in L.A., O.C., Riverside, Las Vegas, Little Rock, and now Oklahoma City and Wichita. Format experience includes Top 40, Hot AC, Country, and even a stent in Alternative radio as Tommy in the Morning. Out of all those
Tom

formats, the one that kept resonating with me was my first love, Christian Hit Music. It’s funny, because when God has a plan for your life…like the Prodigal Son, "You can run, but you can’t hide!” I’m soo glad that He continues to use me as I seek Him!

Some favorites in my life: my two little girls, fishing, water sports, leading worship, and collecting Hot Wheels (you should see my wall here at the station!).

Hope to hear from you on your drive to work Mon-Fri from 6a-10a. Thanks for hitting the HOUSE button in your car, or on your phone and giving us the privilege of starting your day off the RIGHT WAY! Even if you don’t wanna get up that early, it’s ok, neither does my co-host from time to time. Keep me in prayer!

Jenn Derrick,
House Morning Show Co-Host

Hey, I'm Jenn...the coffee-less lady who wakes you up from 6-10am on The House FM.

I love the motto: "Strive to please and glorify God; along the way you'll catch the attention of people with the same priorities." It's not always popular or easy, but I want to live life God's way. Seeking Him is the most important thing for me...I'm not concerned or worried about things after that. Along with working at the station and hanging out with you, I enjoy time with friends & family, comedy, movies, baking, visiting my old stomping grounds in Tulsa and leading worship at Life Center. Be my friend on Facebook, follow me on Twitter or Instagram and let me know what's going on in your life. Can't wait to talk with you and hang out at the next concert!

Other random info: Anything with coconut or pickles is disgusting, favorite color is red and I'm a vegetarian want-to-be. Any questions? Just ask!

Jennifer Vaughan,
Promotions Director

I started working at The House FM & My Praise FM in April of 2010. This non-profit ministry has made such an impact in my life though the music, the message and the teaching programs, not to mention being a blessing to work at. I am happy to have a small part in helping the radio station make an impact in other's lives through Christ. My husband, Steven, and I have been married since May of 2008 and we've been blessed beyond belief with three little boys. Wesley, William and Warren keep us on our toes as we enjoy hunting, fishing, and any other activities where we can soak in the beauty of the outdoors that the Lord created. The boys waste no time exploring it all by getting dirty, throwing rocks and searching for snakes and bugs.

Lea Bennett,
Administrative Assistant

I moved back to the Ponca City area in 1989. I gave my heart to Jesus in 1999 -2000. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I needed to hear something different. I found the "The Love Station" on the radio dial, and I have never turned back! I have volunteered off and on ever since, and now I am very happy to be part of the behind the scenes effort that keeps the "On Air" ministry going.
